Terms of Sale

for the sale of software licences through www.exportpdf.cz

These General Terms of Sale govern the sale of exportPDF software licences through www.exportpdf.cz. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read these terms and agree to them.

1. Seller

The seller is a self-employed person registered under the Czech Trade Licensing Act.

2. Subject of the contract

The subject of the contract is a non-exclusive licence to the exportPDF software (the Adobe Illustrator version or the CorelDRAW version), supplied as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription or a one-off lifetime licence. It is digital content within the meaning of Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code.

3. Orders and conclusion of the contract

1. The customer orders the software using the order form at www.exportpdf.cz/inpage/order-exportpdf/, or by e-mail to info@exportpdf.cz. The order states: the software version (Illustrator or CorelDRAW), the chosen plan (monthly subscription, yearly subscription or lifetime licence) and the billing details (name or company, address, company ID where applicable).
2. The seller confirms receipt of the order by e-mail and issues a proforma invoice. The contract is concluded at that moment.
3. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order.

4. Prices and payment

1. Current prices are listed at www.exportpdf.cz. All prices are final - the seller is not registered for VAT.
2. Payment is made by bank transfer to the seller's account against an issued invoice.
3. Invoices are due 14 days from the date of issue unless agreed otherwise.

Available plans

1. Monthly subscription - a repeating monthly payment. An invoice for the following month is sent before the period ends. If the customer does not pay it, the subscription ends and the licence expires. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
2. Yearly subscription - a single payment covering 12 months. An invoice for the following year is sent before the period ends. The same conditions as for the monthly subscription apply.
3. Lifetime licence - a single payment, licence with no time limit. It includes lifetime updates and priority support.
4. When moving from a subscription to a lifetime licence, subscription payments made over the previous 12 months are deducted from the price of the lifetime licence.

5. Delivery

1. Once payment is credited to the seller's account, the customer is sent a licence key (Illustrator version) or a customised GMS plugin (CorelDRAW version) by e-mail, normally within 3 working days.
2. The delivery comprises the licence key and, where applicable, the installation file and the user guide.

6. Withdrawal from the contract

1. A free demo version with limited functionality (30 launches, 20 CSV rows) is available so that the customer can try the software before buying.
2. Because this is digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the customer acknowledges that under Section 1837(l) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. there is no right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days once the digital content has been delivered.

7. Defects and complaints

1. If the software is defective (does not work, or has errors that prevent its use), the customer is entitled to a free repair in the form of an update.
2. Complaints can be raised by e-mail to info@exportpdf.cz with a description of the problem. The seller will handle the complaint without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest.
3. Complaints do not cover defects caused by incompatibility with a particular version of Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW, by the customer modifying the software code, or by use contrary to the documentation.

8. Licence and copyright

Use of the software is governed by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA), available on the Licence Terms page.

9. Personal data

Information on the processing of personal data is set out on the Privacy Policy page.

10. Final provisions

1. These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (the Civil Code) and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. (on consumer protection).
2. The seller reserves the right to amend these terms. The current version is always available on the website.
3. The body competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
