2. What personal data we process

  1. Orders and invoicing: name or company name, billing address, company ID, VAT ID, e-mail, phone.
  2. Technical support: e-mail address and the content of the correspondence.
  3. Website: see point 6.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  1. Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) - orders, delivery of the licence, invoicing, support.
  2. Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) - tax records and archiving.
  3. Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) - protection of the controller's rights and anonymous records of website traffic used to assess the quality of the site.

4. Retention periods

  1. Invoicing data: 10 years from the end of the tax period (Section 35 of Act No. 235/2004 Coll. on VAT and Section 31 of Act No. 563/1991 Coll. on accounting).
  2. E-mail correspondence: for the duration of the licence, and no longer than 5 years from the last contact.
  3. Anonymous records of website traffic: 30 days from being recorded.
  4. The identifier stored in your browser: until you delete it (see point 6).

5. Recipients of personal data

  1. Hosting provider - operation of the website and delivery of messages sent through the contact and order forms.
  2. Providers of technical infrastructure for the anonymous traffic overview: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), Telegram FZ-LLC (UAE) and Resend, Inc. (USA). The data passed on contains no personal information about visitors to the site.
  3. Google Ireland Ltd. - traffic measurement (Google Analytics). Measurement runs in a mode without consent in which no cookies are stored; Google receives the IP address and browser details.
  4. Public authorities - where required by law.

Transfers of personal data outside the EU take place on the basis of standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use only technically necessary cookies that keep the site working. We store no analytics, advertising or marketing cookies.

Besides cookies, we store a random identifier in the browser's local storage. It contains no personal data and serves only to tell a new visit from a repeat one. It stays in your browser until you delete it along with the site data. The session identifier is cleared when you close the tab.

7. Your rights

Under Art. 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right of access to your data, to their correction and erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

8. What we do not do

  1. We do not process special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR).
  2. We carry out no automated decision-making and no profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).
  3. We do not pass your data on for advertising or marketing purposes.
